Just wanted to give a shout-out to Mason and Riptide Aquaculture. I bought a number of corals and an RFA during the Tiki Madness sale and shortly after the sale the Midwest (well, half the country really) got slammed with a nasty Arctic freeze. They were really accommodating and held everything for several weeks until it was safe to ship which I greatly appreciate!
I've ordered from another vendor before that was pretty uncompromising on shipping and sent out my order despite poor weather conditions even when I asked if they could hold it for a few extra days. Just goes to show you the care and professionalism they have over at Riptide!!
I also had a small issue with the RFA I ordered not looking like I thought it should. I hate being "that" guy and questioning things, but I'm glad I did. Mason looked into the issue and resolved everything for me.
Everything arrived looking healthy and pest free. From holding and taking care of the coral before shipping, to an excellent shipping job (water was around 70-72° on arrival), I'm extremely happy with my experience. Looking forward to ordering from them again in the future! If you haven't already, give them a look. Great coral selection and standout customer service 10/10 highly recommend
