I worked 11-7 overnight for 19 years. I know all about insomnia. I still have trouble falling asleep often. By the way if that mermaid logo was originally something you drew and I’ve seen your painting of your parrot, I def think you have a talent and should keep up with it. My parents were artists and a little rubbed off. I still draw myself it’s pretty cathartic. Here’s one you might appreciate in fact.
