Ro/di output too fast

My brs 75gpd is producing way too much water. I changed membrane and filters three months ago. I changed the restrictor and flushed unit for 10 minutes. Still more good water than waste. TDS is130 in and 110 out. Idk anyone messed with tubing. Looks hookup correctly. Any ideas thanks

Test both waste and good water out for tds. This might give you a clue as to what the issue might be.
Might be that the restrictor is not working.

I changed the restrictor no difference. Both test the same tds
Can you post some more pictures of the connections and the path of the water? Also some close ups of the connections with the auto shutoff valve. They sometimes mess things up. The other thing to check is the RO filter and make sure it is seated correctly in the housing. If water is bypassing the o rings at the exit side or bypassing the gasket on the input side it will cause problems. Can you unscrew the cap on the input and take a photo of the RO filter inside the housing?
 
Yeah I took membrane out and it looked fine. Reseated it and no change
 
Need to know if RO membrane is working correctly. Remove the blue line from the auto shut off valve and collect some water to test TDS. This should be reading only a few ppm TDS. If this is fine then the issue is somewhere else with the connections
 
Side note. Restrictors are not fully closed. They are designed to put some pressure on the waste water so you get improved RO output. If it is not applying enough pressure you will have excess waste water. If it is too restrictive or fully closed you will have minimal/zero waste water and cause everything to go through the RO membrane and most likely break it so you get tap water out of the RO

Thanks for the pictures. If you haven't tested the RO straight from the membrane housing yet, you need to do so. The tubing connections look good as far as I can see. Quick way to check using your TDS meter. Disconnect the two connections in Red. Plug the other end of the blue line into the RO housing where you disconnected the other blue line. Should leave you with a long blue line and the TDS meter on the line so you can run it and see what you are getting out of the RO housing.

Thanks did that so tds still 135 so for some reason it’s bypassing the membrane
 
Well that narrows it down. Could be the membrane is bad. I would remove it from the housing and check to make sure the two o rings are not damaged. Wet them before reinserting into the housing. Be certain it is fully inserted as well. I have had some that you couldn't close the cap if it wasn't and others that you could. It should be difficult to push all the way in so the o rings are sealed inside the housing.
 
For that matter it should be difficult to pull out.. hence the hex wrench connection on the water input side. If you have a hex wrench it helps to turn it slowly as you push it hard into the housing to fully seat the o rings.

This happened to me when I installed the membrane backwards. I know it's pretty self explanatory but sometimes I work on the tanks when I shouldn't be working on them 😉

EDIT: disregard I missed the image above that shows the membrane isn't backwards.
