I noticed for the past few days that the mouth of the anenome has been swollen or open. I can't really tell. Is this normal?

Well yeah. I feed it twice a week not counting food that's floats around the tank while feeding the fish.

Keep an eye on it cause if it's not hungry the mouth should be closed
