I had a harlequin tusk that was re homed it ate anything it could fit in it’s mouth. I have loaded the tank up with Nerite, Dwarf Planaxis and have columbellid euplica along with a few astrea and turbo’s . They do a great job keeping tank clean. I dose silicate for the diatoms as a food source.
At one time I had hundreds of stomatella snails that also did well at clean up. The raising magnesium to battle bryopsis was their demise.
