Rocks, Rocks, Rocks!

So this thread is related to the 100 gallon tank build thread. I'm building my own rocks! Considering I have the 100 gallon to aquascape, a nuvo 25, a 65 I'm building for a customer. That's gonna be a lot of rocks. And the cost of Rocks around here are on the higher end at 7.50 per pound for dry rocks. Yeah... no thank you! I got several bags of finer crushed coral and a more course one. Got a 80 pound bag of portland cement, and a big bag of rock salt.

Might wanna throw some ocean collected live rock in there as well regardless of the price tag...don't blame you for skipping the cost of dry rock as it likely is no better than what you've made but "real" ocean live rock serves an important purpose

Aisha I could find ocean collected rocks. But I do have some mature rocks from my 55 that I will be putting in the tank as well. Kick start the bacterias
