I purchased in RODI unit 2nd hand replace the filters and the Di media. But I was hoping that 1 of you could help with troubleshooting which line goes to what I will attach pictures thank you very much in advance.

The initial input is the sediment filter. So you go sediment filter to carbon filter to ro membrane to di filter. The yellow line is the "good" water from the ro membrane and is correctly going to the di filter. The other line from the ro membrane is the "waste" water. Unless you are going to hook the ro unit up to some type of auto shutoff you don't need the white "block" with the orange tubing. That is a solenoid and is used to protect the ro membrane from back pressure when hooked up to a auto shutoff situation such as a drinking water tank or water reservoir with a float valve. You can remove it if not needed and install a push connect for the tubing.
