So I just replaced my two Ro membranes as well as both sediment filters, my carbon block and my DI resin. However I am seeing 20-30 TDS in the out put water. Maybe I hooked up something wrong but I dont think so. ‍♂️♂️

So the way this Spectrapure system works is the water goes through both sediment filters both are 1 micron. Then enters the first RO membrane, then waste of that water enters the second membrane and down to DI then carbon block. The good water out out of both these membranes is then teed out.

Maybe I goofed. Need a little assistance.

It should go: Sediment > Carbon > Membrane > DI.

It should go: Sediment > Carbon > Membrane > DI.
You possibly can damage the RO membranes if the water still has chlorine in it when it goes through them... The carbon is what removes that.

Did you flush each section of filters before running water through the whole thing?
When you say flush each section can you explain. I ran them as directed for 20 minutes last night until it read zero last night but today its reading 30.

Ok so as per your advice I switched out the second sediment filter. Put the carbon block after it but before RO membrane. Also added a second DI resin filter. Letting it run I will update shortly. Thanks

The process after replacing all the filters is:
* Run water through the system with just the sediment and carbon installed (5-10 minutes)
* Then hook up the membrane and run water through the system to flush the membrane (mine says 30 minutes but I usually do 10)
* THEN hook up the DI and run the entire system, discarding the first few gallons of product water
