Rodi issues

So I bought a 7 stage rodi unit from brs and have been using it for maybe 2 months. It probably only made about 200 gallons. I have been noticing some corals aren't doing so good and I haven't been able to figure out why. I recently bought a tds hand held to check my rodi water and found that it is putting out 13 ppm as the hand held says and the inline says 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if the inlines could be calibrated but either way the water the rodi system is making is still not good being brand new.

It could be a number of things. I assume it comes with color change DI?? If so, what color is it?

As for the inline, they are calibratable via a potentiometer inside the unit.
