I originally bought a 4stg 75 gpd set up from brs no problems at all. But I upgraded to the 100 gpd membrane. I noticed they sell flush valves that have different flow rates. Should that need to upgraded as well?

Yes your restrictors should match. I believe that 100 gpd membranes is supposed to use an 800 restrictor.
