Rosekeeper's 150gal "rebuild"

My 150 gal has been going for about 3 months now. I'm having some algae and aiptasia problems. The tank was originally at our local zoo, so I'm guessing the live rock was already infested. This weekend, hubby and I are going to scrub/dip all the rock and also aqua scape it a little better than it is now.
