Rotifer/copepod help noobie

Need some advice. Trying to get the best bank for my buck here. I have a 40 breeder tank that 90% of my coral and fish and anemone are in. But they will shortly be transferred to my 75. Should I split the bottles between both or would that be a waste? How do I dose them? Also, I put the whole bottle in help would be appreciated.

Should add. I do have fish and urchin and crabs and turbo in 75 already.
