I received a Royal Gramma from a QT supplier online. It has been in my tank for 16 days. Recently, I have noticed flashing and yawning. Videos attached. I am assuming gill flukes. It is eating and acting overall healthy. Just asking for opinions/diagnosis help. I plan to start PraziPro tomorrow.

Sorry - I’m out camping and can’t open the videos on my phone.

From your description, it does sound like gill flukes though. Be sure to add aeration when dosing Prazipro, and use a different interval for dose timing. This post explains that:

No worries, enjoy your camping trip! I cleaned my skimmer today and plan to run it as described in that thread with it not collecting in the cup. It is the only fish in a 110 gallon tank. Only have three LPS in with it. Have other fish on order but they are in the QT process. So want to get ahead of this.

These fish are prone to flukes and the behavior suggests flukes which are treatable in-tank with PraziPro and air stone added but suggested in a separate treatment tank.
As for prazi, you want to dose at 85% of recommended dose and allow it to work for 8 days, change water and apply one more application lasting 8 days and do add an air stone as Prazi lowers both oxygen and appetite
