It always starts small. 38l freshwater when I was a kid half a century back.

… and then it gets bigger.
10 years or so ago I impulse bought a 38 g AIO innovative marine with some life sand, life rock and a bucket of salt with a hygrometer. Then I bought the recommended fish by the LFS: a Yellow Tang! Named Bubbles! Maybe not perfect for a 38g, but a perfect reason to upgrade to 60g AIO afew years later.
Unable to move the 60g in a house move, I welcomed them into my new place to a 525 RSR.
Last year the unthinkable happened. I removed enough phosphate for algae control to cause a Dino. Fish back in the 38, corals in the60 in the basement. It was quit or upgrade once more, and here we are.
Bubbles is the Yellow Tank that started it in the foreground.

So I am back at it! Happy reefing everyone!

the plug is on the left. Couriously, the initial stick did not get longer, all new crowds is from the encrusting area.

And to the same token, this is the June attempt. I was really pushing to get the “RR” theme for Reef2Reef going. It totally brought the software down. So that was collgage of softy- my Florida ricordea colony, balanced by my encrusting gonipora and the tricolour valida. All on top of each other. What made you choose the 750 instead of the 625? I'm looking at either of those two tanks for my first tank and I can't make up my mind which to get. Were you worried about if any of the past issues of the previous versions of the 750 tank come up?

I had the Red Sea 525 as an upgrade to my previous AIO. It’s good, so I stuck with the company. The 750 has 2 returns for 2 pumps. I wanted that redundancy. I have a Cor 20 that goes though chiller and UV, the other is a straight return. Never thought too much about reliability, then I took the V3 where I hoped this to be solved. The S1000 has an aluminium frame if it matters. The 625 would have been no significant change to the 525. Still happy with my choice.
