How long do they live? Mine had been totally fine. She was eating and crawling around...no worries at all about her. I got home last night and my hermit crab, coral bandad and anemone shrimp were all tearing her apart eating. I don't think any of them could have killed her so I'm wondering why she died...
I've had her for about 1.5 years and she was probably around 1.5-2 years when I got her. She was molting almost every month or 2.

They can live up to 5 years. My guess is she was already dead before they began feasting. Any swings in params? I assume everything else in the tank is good as per usual? A lot of times deaths like these are just mysteries... unfortunately.

I caught my coral bandad stocking my hermit crab... I gave him a giant piece of shrimp!
