Saltwater Safe Garden Hose ?

I'm wanting to make water changes faster and easier, but running a hose from my fresh batch of saltwater to my tanks. I have my two Brutes on their dolly's but when I run over the carpet, it push's, tugs and pulls, so save the life of the carpet (and me from my WIFE) I'd like to find a long hose.

The clear vinyl hose is not really pliable and expensive.
Are their any saltwater safe garden hose's out there ?

I have used plain old cheap garden hoses years. I never had a problem.Just drain it and let it dry when you are done doing a water change.

Same here. No issues in the years I’ve done it. Just don’t let the hose sit in the water, like he said, take it and let it dry out.

I go buy the cheap hose and cut it to length. I only need the end that screws on the pump. If you aren't going to use a pump cut both ends off. Then you wont have any metal.
I don't bother to do that though.

I use a white RV, potable water safe garden hose. Replaced the brass ends with plastic.

How do you dry it out in winter ?
We keep our home pretty coll, so it may turn water into ice. ;Nailbiting

See if you can find a hose that is safe for drinking. Brass is not a huge deal for the ends for water changes.

I just use one that I got from Costco about a decade ago. I shove it down into the brute when I am not using it.

+1 on the RV white hose. I've used them on my Airstream for 20 years and for transferring water as well. (although not in a while TBH)

I was kidding.
I'll just drain it in the bath tub then coil it up and store it in the fish room.

Facing a similar issue, I saw this at Costco the other day. Lightweight and flexible. Not sure about the hose material though. Although for a water change it’s probably fine.
The reviews are mixed with some leakage.
