How’s your tank build going? How do you like your lights
I actually swapped my lights out about a week ago to the ReefBreeders Meridian 63 Bundle. Much more happy with the color spectrum and how clear the LED’s light up the tank.

Changed out my lighting set up for the ReefBreeders Meridian Bundle and much more happy with it all around! Also got to build out the moonshine bottle wall. Left some space for a DOS in the future

Some other updates.. was sick of my undersized skimmer foaming out the lid so I upgraded to an oversized skimmer haha. It’s been about a month, happy with overall performance and how less I have to empty the cup.

Have always had trouble with low PH. Even with refugium, oversized skimmer, kalk stirrer & heavy surface aeration.. Just a lot of humans under one roof. Decided to get a CO2 monitor, and to my surprise, CO2 levels were quite high. Installed a small ventilator in the ceiling to pull stale air out. It helped a little bit. Will be looking into a CO2 scrubber next.

Wow, that’s very helpful to know, thank you! I have Radion Pro Gen 4’s, and thought it would be an upgrade to go with the new Orpheks

I think it all boils down to personal preference. The orpheks in my opinion had poor spread in the tank but would still shoot light into my eyes when sitting on the couch. The fans were wicked loud (only ran at 60% intensity) and units are really heavy. Lastly, the coral color pop just wasn't there in my opinion. I never knew until i switched to the meridians and it looked night and day difference.
