hello everyone bought an anemone (left pic ) just want to ask if it'll turn out the same color on the nem on the second pic? the store said it would after it recovers from the stress during shipping but i'm still unsure if they gave me the same type of nem on the right pic because that's what I wanted

It is very possible that the colors will deepen and that the tentacles will change form. Those are both two of the most beautiful specimens that I have seen. I looked for that for years but I don't think we will see them like that in Europe anymore.

The one you are holding is a bubble tip nem. The one on the right is a rock flower nem. Totally different types.

The right side is not a rock flower nem, it is just a closed up bubbletip. Although the picture on the right looks like multiple bubbletips group together.

Most likely the nem expelled some zooxanthellae during shipping and after in your tank adjusting. Give it time and it should color back up.

Lighting will also make a major impact to the color you see. The lighting at the store may be different to your lighting.

Not a rock anemone. It is some sort of magnifica just closed up. Bubble tips do not fold like that (nor have tentacles like that)
