Sure thing, I do have some Siporax, but I've gravitated more towards the Seachem Pond Matrix as it is not made from Sintered glass. The sintered glass can add silicates to the water which can lead to diatoms. I have not had any issues with Matrix, and Matrix does not contain Aluminum like some of the other bio-medias out there. Otherwise everything else is the same. I use a large skimmer, a large ATS and lots of Matrix. I also have stopped using the filter floss because I just don't like changing it out that much. The detritus settles in my sump, and I vacuum it out when I do my monthly WC.Hi! Was wondering abit about your filtration. Still use the siporax? Mind updating on the sump situation?
