I'm not sore what's happening I ordered lights from SB lighting on June 2nd. I've tried calling, left messages on their website, and emailed the Gmail address on my pay pal with no response. I read the page on the web site that says most lights leave the shop in 2-4 days very rarely will it take a week. I haven't heard a peep from them in response to any of my attempts to contact them and haven't received a shipping confirmation. I was hoping to upgrade my light to WI fI but at this point I'm starting to feel like I need to cancel my order and start over. Anyone have any issues getting a response or actual equipment through SB lighting?
