Sbreef lights

Can someone give me some advise I have the Sbreef lights and would like to know at what intensity is everyone running them so I would like to get some ideas to run each channel mix reef mostly sps dominant thanks

im running a pair of 16 basics over my lps tank and i run 70 blue and 30 white. Id start there, and work your way up higher slowly. I dont keep SPS so i cant talk to where to end up.
