ok trying this again with the correct person ..

I sent this guy 260 paypal g&s last week for a neptune dos and neptune ddr. he kept telling me he got the payment but cant access the money . i advised that if hes newer with paypal they may hold the funds till he ships out and i receive the products. he then asks me to mark that i received them . i told him no that way i can get scammed . (thankfully i didn’t do this ) after going back and forth with him for several hours he then says begrudgingly that he will issue a refund . after that i checked no refund paypal said it will take a couple days . 6 days go by no money . this evening i received an email saying the refund was cancelled…. thankfully i have a case that was escalated to a dispute … do not do business with them . i have screenshots for admins he has since blocked me

Hey I got same guy try scam me too. I also have a PayPal claim pending. Terrible. It’s open shut case. Not sure why PayPal takes forever.

I wish i knew how to code. I am sure i could figure out a way to reverse the scam and take their money and deposit it into a good non profits account.
