Been using only Fritz in my tank for the past 1.5 years. Had nothing but great results with it!

On another note...
@SchnitzelReef , do you know what is the alkalinity you get of the freshly mixed Fritz salt?
Specs say 8.0-9.0 dKH... correct?

Crazy impressive. Wish you were in Texas so I could go frag crazy and fill my tank!

@Ashish Patel,

Just started using IO. Had a huge problem with high CA so I needed to use a “fish salt” to get it down. 40g of IO at 1.026 & 78 degrees mused I’m at 11dkh for me. 7ml of muriatic got me down to 7.8-8dkh. Mg of 1350 and ca of 430. Two changes got me down to 470ca from 580!

Regular old instant ocean to the rescue!

@SchnitzelReef, any updates to this beautiful reef?

Been super busy with a new business and a new baby. Tank is cruising along. I did lose a couple small colonies that were getting completely shadowed by larger plating SPS. Luckily they weren’t anything special.

I don’t have any new pics, I’ll get some soon. Corals are getting HUGE

I haven’t been posting many pics lately cuz I got a new iPhone XS and the camera isn’t as good. It’s like it tries to over compensate for the bright blue lights, and the orange filter doesn’t work and if I don’t use the orange filter pics look just as bad. Kinda bummed. The older iPhone camera took great pics with the orange filter.
