I need help on how to fix this not sure on how to tackle this the union crack and it is glued to the reactor

That is a tuff one. Is there enough pipe off the reactor to cut it right at the left side of union. And just replace half the union with the same type/make union and just leave the male side of union alone.

make a very close cut there and attach new half of grey union. (Note has to be same type of union because different brands will not screw together) use good amount of pvc glue to attach to small nub coming out of reactor.

You might have to get a metric union piece because Schuran is made in Europe.

Well good news I took my time and ground it of thanks to a dremel and a steady hand going to get some weld on 40 and glue it back together we ll see if it works wish me luck
