You have a beautiful setup. Builds like this one keep me dreaming of my own awesome tank one day. Still a new reefer myself so seeing someone as experienced as yourself push past problems keeps me motivated to fix and learn from mistakes I still make. Loved reading this thread and watching it progress. Definitely following .

Hi Jerrod,

It's all about being honest about my mistakes so I, and everyone else, can learn from them. I find one of the most surefire ways of causing problems in my system is to overreact to a bad test, pests in the tank, etc. and going overboard with the "remedy". Slow and steady wins the race. Stability promotes success. All that jazz rings true in this hobby!

Getta, the Tyree SI pectina is worth every penny if you can find it. It's a hardy coral that readily eats. It's ridiculously bright and it grows fairly quickly.

Thanks Rev :)

Thanks all :) Always seems like that when I make another yearly milestone I think to myself "...next year it will look great". But then when that next year rolls around I find myself thinking the same thing again. Never happy lol!
