Hey all. I just got a 75 gallon and notice a strange line on the top left of it. It runs a little bit and is wavy, and kind of thins out to nothing. I can feel it with my fingers it feels like a smooth bump. I just don’t know if it’s a crack or silicone. I am halfway setting it up and noticed this.
Tank it a marinland 75. I’ll post pics of what I’ve been seeing

That looks like a scratch to me. Cracks usually run mostly directionally, those little cut backs towards the end make me think scratch. Can you feel it? Have you done anything to see if it is superficial?

Yes I could feel it and it feels like a raised bump. I followed it up and it’s kinda in line with a silicone patch and strand. But I been trying to scrape it and nothing. Very weird what should I do

Run a razor blade over it. If it comes up, it’s silicon. If it goes over with no ridges, it’s a scratch. If the razor gets caught up in it, it’s a crack.
Doesn’t look like a crack, likely silicone.

It looks suspiciously like a string of silicone from assembly; as @Ziggy17 recommended, I second a razor blade to check for scratch vs silicone waste!
