I don't know if it was the coral or my tank but think my water quality was a bit poor so it bleached

Keep it low for some time and see how it does. It looks very happy right now. Def keep an eye on levels. Blues dont need a lot of light as many people think

No.... in this case it appears to be where the coral was in the shade before you received it.

K I just turn the coral so that part will start getting light.. and maybe will blue up.

Better to keep the blue part in the brunt of the light. Other wise the whole thing with end up that red purple color.
