I like these products... but if it says to ‘increase aeration / oxygenation,’ DO IT! I killed some fish using “Waste-Away.” Again, I blame myself, and not the product.

This is what I used (successfully) for Cyano. I used the Dr. Tim’s as a general ‘gunk’ remover , with the aim of refreshing my overal water condition / replenish some ‘good’ bacteria.

Im confused as to why a 4oz bottle on amazon is $9 and a 4oz bottle on BRS is $32...?

Are these not the same product?

Killed all my fish— but it was my fault— didn’t understand ‘increase oxygenation’ at the time :(

No, I wasn't trying to combat Cyano, but I thought I'd just use some Dr. Tim's in an existing set-up to provide some additional 'good things' to the water. If I recall correctly, the warning on the bottle to increase oxygenation was crystal clear--maybe even in all CAPS. I may have slightly overdosed it, by forgetting my actual water volume. ;Nailbiting
