Couple of months back I raised a Ecotech support ticket saying my pump is not working and showing thermistor error , this all happened after I cleaned the pump also same time I lost 2 STANLEY screwdrivers, after many months I thought of giving a 2nd look at the pump when I'm cleaning my sump / the pump was sitting there as a secondary pump. and see what I have found. Thanks to my 3 Yrs old son

Now the pump is back in action again

I had a Hydros flow meter stop working last week. Opened it up to clean and found a three inch end of a zip tie i had cut off and lost that made it past the main pump and up to the meter.
