Yeah I’m starting to feel that way about selenium. Seems too hard to find without fillers or other things added. Where you get your 250 ml bottle from. Moonshiners or fauna?

Selenomethionine is 26.5% selenium. If that product is only 0.5%, then it is more than 98% other stuff. It may be fine to use, but that stuff may not dissolve well.
