I bought a one head frammer from my LFS in July 2024.

It grew pretty fast and developed a few new heads. This is what it looked like in December. Note the little bump on the bottom of the head to the far left.

That bump started to grow, but it didn’t look like another head forming.

The bump started hanging lower and lower.

And then it finally broke free.

I’m happy to report that the new baby is thriving and that little spot of green on the bottom is developing into another head. I just have her laying on my rock right now because I don’t even know where I would put the glue to put her on a plug. A local reefer said this was self-fragging. I didn’t know that was a thing, and wanted to share my frammer birthing story with y’all.
