Hey guys, the time has come to either poop or get off the pot. LOL. I am super busy with the restaurant and it looks like the only way to get any enjoyment out of an aquarium is to have one in the restaurant. So I am going to tear down the 40 and be looking at scoring a newer, bigger something for the restaurant.
I guess I will need to get rid of the fish first. Easy task because I only have two and they are a mated pair of black ocellaris clowns. The female is cool. She only has two bars.
I may be interested in getting rid of my two really big pieces of rock if the price is right. Otherwise, I'll just use them in the new tank whenever it happens. Many of you have seen them. One was about thirty five pounds when I bought it dry and the other was a little over twenty dry. Some corals are attached to them but would easily be removed due to them not being really big. I have about 40 pounds of live sand as well.
Then, I have the tank itself which is a beefy as heck 40 breeder that is NOT drilled. This is not your run of the mill, store bought tank.
The light is a Fishneedit 36" rig with moon lights and a few ATI bulbs.
Prices are as follows:
Fish = $135 for the pair
Rock = $130 for the larger one and $75 for the smaller one
Sand = Free if you take the rock
Tank = $80
Light with bulbs = $80
big brain coral = $135
I have an AC 110 that is not modded too. I'll sell it for $40
