Separation on favia

Never see this before. Growing great but noticed yesterday that it started doing this but still looks healthy and has never happened to any of my other favias.

Look like that was a thin piece of skeleton growing over the edge and it got knocked off and the tissue is separating.

Not sure on this one I know some corals do this to start new colonies. Not sure if Favia do.

I glued the favia down to another square tile and it does look like they have separated and then stretched apart. I will have to check if they did separate

Types was right!!! Disc separated from disc. 2 drags now
