tank looks nice. I went to their website and checked the construction out. Its nice you can put integrated protein skimmer and heater in there as well. Very nice setup.

UPDATE: my kitty loves the new tank! [emoji23][emoji23] got 2 lbs of live rock from the LFS. I can see some diatoms on the sand bed and rock, but I haven't tested the water yet. Today is day 4 of the setup and I'm excited to get a pair of clowns once my tank is fully cycled! I'll keep you guys updated. And if you haven't already, check out my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1znJkA8qb-EIl4DQ3_3sSQ

So that was a great video. You've got a heck of a skill on many levels. I hope you don't lose the passion. Far too many people lose that edge as they get older. Good job!

Hey thanks! That really means a lot! I'm sure I'll keep my addiction, I've been addicted ever since MACNA 2014[emoji23][emoji23]

UPDATE: Bough a hydor koralia 425 pump and placed it behind the rocks to get rid of dead spots and add more flow. I went to Neptunes aquatics (Colorado) and had a very bad experience. I left 1 star reviews on their Facebook and yelp. I went to buy the pump and get my water tested but the man was not helpful at all and treated me like a baby. Never going back there again, I've had so many bad experiences there. If you live in Colorado DO NOT go there. Here are some images taken just now, and the algae is definitely growing, can't wait till my tank cycles in a couple of weeks and to get a pair of frostbite clowns in there! [emoji16][emoji16]

Oh! And if anyone was wondering what the back chamber looks like here it is, you can see the sponge, heater, and return pump. also, I'm really disappointed in the design of the back chamber, the water flows directly to the sponge with no place to put filter floss, so debris will get stuck there and I'll have to clean it out.... and I don't want to fork out 60 bucks to buy an in tank media basket. I'm thinking of filling up the first compartment with marine pure balls and then placing filter floss on top of them. What do you guys think?
