Most dangerous animal I face. Usually I try to save any animal that isn't supposed to be caught. But I can't chance being bitten. It sucks because i love these little guys.

*edit* there was two of them.

shoulda popped them in the freezer for later taxidermy.

That's what they do. It owns that sand bed. Nothing is safe. So many people recommend them. I don't get it. I mean since we already have one, I'll just deal. But I don't think when I start a new tank, I would ever include another one.

It is cool and it is one of the favorite things people watch when they come over and look at our tank. I just cant get over him moving all my stuff around lol. I LOVE brain corals, but there just wouldn't be a spot for one in my tank because of my pistol. I guess that is why MTS exists lol. ;)

I have a lobo but it's not anywhere close to thr rockwork. My elegance is doing alright its the closest to the rocks it's not batting an eye at this point

I prop anything on the sand up on bits of rock rubble to keep it off the sand just enough that my YWG and Decorated goby do not get sand on them.

Chrysina limbata is a species of scarab beetle found in Costa Rica and in the tropical rainforests of Mexico and South America. They are in the Genus Chrysina and they are in a subfamily of scarabs known as Rutelinae. It is notable for its metallic reflective silver color
