What in gods creation is that weird looking fish with the antlers?
Starry Blenny (Salarias ramosus). Awesome fish for hair algae! Can be rough on other bottom dwelling/rock perching fish though.

A pre and post edit shot...

Not a whole lot of changes made between the 2. The camera did most of the work for me actually. Took this pic with my phone camera. Pro mode... ISO 85, Speed 1/45 F1.5, Auto focus on, White Balance 8500K

Aside from cropping, only minor touch ups needed, just a little boost to the yellow and a couple other minor adjustments.

The lights are on full blue as always.

The point here is that you CAN take those fantastic shots of your tank, IF you take a little bit of time to learn your phone camera. The link above is an awesome resource, and will make even to most novice person taking those incredible shots we all love to see.
Is that by any chance a CB yellow?

Heck no. He looks like he could bite the head off a barracuda.
It’s a starry blenny and this one would absolutely try to bite a barracuda. Lots of personality in that little fish.
