I know blues are said to give the most beneficial growth.... i lowered the blues because i came from halide's and love a day light appearance.....i have pics attached also of a hammer and frogspawn that really are stretching to grab at those blues while they are low.... everything im blessed to have likes the schedule so far.... lunar cycle which has potential for 100% on full moon

I don't have the system yet, picking up the Red Sea Reefer 170 next week but thought I'd get a head start on the lighting (90) setup. Thoughts on my program?

I am not 100% sure........ I've experienced the share link is good for 1 time use for 1 share... "not gonna say they haven't changed this"... my recommendation is to post a screenshot of your schedule...

I had changed a few things from my older post. I purchased a third Reef Light 90 for my 425. I’ve also converted over to SPS. I had been keeping Montis, Stylo and Birdsnest with success, so I added 3 Acro.

I have a split schedule. The lights are at 15k for the first half of the day and they ramp down to 23k for the remainder; the last hour is all blues. My schedule may be too blue For my likings. I wanted some time in the 23k, because Red Sea stated they had the most growth from 23k. I’m probably going to probably go back to a little more white for the last half of the day, perhaps 20kish. I find that using manual mode is a good way to experiment.

I have Aqua Forest synthetic rock; which is pink; therefore, I see a lot of bright pink that distracts when my lights are in white. Hopefully, I’ll have more coraline in the future.

I’ve had connectivity issues at times and on a couple occasions, the lights had stayed on past there scheduled time. I find the RSR community on Facebook to be a great resource too.

I think it is a mid level light that could maintain corals coloration with average growth rate. See red planet pics taken one month apart each.

FYI - I am one of the first batch of peoole using it since day one as it was introduced to us market

I run this. Blues I just keep at 100% like all of their presets but I ramp the white up from the 23k 10% to 25% and then back down to 10%. It’s not any significant bump in PAR but it looks a bit better during the middle of the day when the house is brighter. I also do the cloud setting during most of the main schedule.
