I just wanted to share my experience I had with ShipWreck Cove Corals. The tl/dr of this is I'm very happy with the corals I purchase (and ones I didn't) and the customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend anyone check out their corals online or locally.

I messaged Dan from ShipWreck Cove a few weeks back and asked if I purchased some corals if he could hold off on shipping them until the next Friday so I could be home to receive them. I got a quick reply from him saying that it wouldn't be a probably and he could make it work however I needed. So I purchased the corals about 10 days or so before delivery and he set them aside for me. This alone is amazing because many places refuse to set things aside for this long.

About 2 days before he was going to ship my corals he gave me a call saying the octospawn I bought wasn't doing good and instead of sending it he was going to send me another bigger colony that was somewhat similar. The frag I bought was valued at $35... the frag he replaced it with was valued at $140!! and he included it free! $140 was more than my order was lol

Lastly he let me add in another coral last minute before shipping off my order.

The fact he was willing to be upfront and honest about the coral not doing well is awesome; but then to take it a step further and replace it with a more expensive coral is incredible. It shows the value he places on customer satisfaction above his bottom line. I am truly thankful for his honesty and helping me out. All corals arrived safely and are doing good in my tank. Once again thank you to Dan and I hope anyone reading this will check out his site.

As a disclaimer, please don't go buy corals from him and expect your order will include free items or you will get some kind of free upgrade. I am just explaining my story.
