Should I be upset or complain?

Could always ask to send you pictures of them in white light. See how they respond. Or even for a video. Especially for a 400 dollar order.

A video is not sufficient as I was scammed over a torch. I didn’t believe the pics and asked for a video, seller provided a video in a few minutes matching the photo. I bought based on the video and in person it was completely different color.

Seller insisted they didn’t “edit” the video but I figured it out. It’s true they didn’t perform any post recording edits. However they alter exposure and other settings in the camera that get applied during recording. So technically they can say the video is unedited. However. It’s recorded in a manipulated way.

That’s ok.our conversation was very clear I was asking for a orange torch and they insisted they had an orange torch. Seller insisted it was not yellow. I said I better not have a yellow torch show up. Seller said it’s orange.

Well a regular 24k gold torch showed up and seller told me to give it a chance and I’ll grow to like it. Nope. Not at 400$.

Took those convo screenshots to PayPal and screenshots of listing pic and arrival pic and filed claim for item not as described

More people should hold deceptive retailers accountable. I have ordered from over half a dozen online retailers and thankfully have never had an issue with misrepresentation but also had an idea of what to expect. I was hoping to try out QCC (have been tracking their pricing for close to three years now) but this thread does not inspire confidence.

FWIW- I see camera tricks often with sps; I recently ordered sps from QCC and would say the pics were true to what I received and I was pleased with the experience. With respect to this situation and the OP I would order from them again.

lol I placed an order while this was being hashed out didn't want to miss the sale been going there for awhile never have I had this issue. great prices/pieces and lots of sales
