Congratulation!

Please 4 pcs 54cm panels for your 140x60x60 tank, it is best cover. I can sure there is no tiny shadow even at the corner on the bottom.

private speak, I think you choice a prefect lighting solution for your tank.
you can think the fan version as a strong spot, the no fan version as a flat. your tank is only 60cm deep(high). no fan version light can good work for it.
if we think about fan version, you have to face some part is too strong (under the light), some part is weak (between panels). or you have to add more panels for better optical uniformity. which means cost more power consumption. As we tested internally, same effect. no fan version will save 15-20% power energy compared with fan version .
Please think about the the light is more then 8 hours every day. it is really big cost for a year.

Please if your tank is new tank or first configure LED, I suggest run the "slow accalamation "mode 1-2 weeks to let the fish and coral slow suitable for new environment.
Attached are chart of the accolamation mode.

you see it bright latter and dark early, there is no moon and only 80% bright at noon.

Enjoy the light :)
