Should my pipe be this crooked

Help!! I’m setting up a marineland 65g tank with a built in overflow section, and with the way the drilled hole is positioned on the bottom of the tank, the pipe is tilted to get to the space provided for the return. Is this what it’s supposed to look like?

I think I see what you mean. You should be able to manipulate the loc line so it sits properly.

Turn the entire vertical pipe counter clockwise a tiny bit and let the black part (the loc line) sit where it wants to in the notch, with the pipe straight.

see if the pipe is straight if you put this part at the edge of the overflow instead (or any part of the black that lets the pipe sit correctly)

I think so! The drain pipe doesn't necessarily need to be turned too, but whatever fits best.

Okay thanks, but what did you mean in your first response regarding the elbows on the drain? Is that now what it’s supposed to look like? Because that’s what it shows in the directions

I mistook the siphon break hole (in the side) for the hole on top where the airline is.
