The sump that runs my 22 gal nano. Filtration is basically live rock, sponges, carbon and an emerald crab.

Yes, dound deadening only. It's in my office so wanted it quiet. Can only hear the fans in the AI lights fire up really.

That is a great idea. May I ask what type of foam you used and where you got it?
