Sure looks like eel paradise haha

Just saw my gray face try to go for the damsels which I had quarantine with him which I didn't expect, thought i had to wait a week before he eats, so right now I am thawing out some anchovies!
Oh yeah mine ate immediately for me. He doesnt go for any of my fish, but none of them are small so that might be why. I caught Ivar my jeweled chasing my wrasse the other day but he is like a good size so not sure why he was chasing him lol. Hasnt done it since

All 3 of mine have now been living together in the 240 gallon for a couple weeks now.

Honestly tempted to try adding another couple eels, maybe a snowflake and a chainlink if I can find them the right size?

30" Gymnomuraena zebra, 23" Gymnothorax thyrsoideus, and 19" Gymnothorax fimbriatus.

I have 4 in my 300! Zebra, white eye, jeweled and a snowflake! They all hang out all the time together. I love multiple eels :)

You've surprisingly found all the right species of eels to live together and i am sure that pebbletooths such as the snowflake or a chainlink would fit right in! I say this because the fimbriatus is one of the most aggressive eels I've read about besides the tessalata

Here's a story about my lfs, i was going to get a new eel come in about yesterday, the eel was ordered and had been kept at the store for about a few days going through quarantine, the day in which the eel was supposed to be shipped to me was the day they found it dead outside with a chunk of meat ripped out of him, it seems that his tankmate was a tessalata, i have the picture of that eel which the owner of the lfs sent me, but I believe that it wouldn't be comfortable seeing it especially in a eel lovers thread, it was quite saddening because I was quite excited to post pictures of him

Got a half-grown chestnut moray earlier this week. It's pretty secretive, but very cool when it makes an appearance. It's even starting to win over my wife, who is terrified of anything remotely snakelike. With a little luck, this will one day lead to a bigger tank with a girthier moray (and no divorce).
