Wow that last one is gorgeous! Is it a fish eater? First one is a snowflake?

Its called a Testallata or somthing like that.

He never ate any fish while I had him, right now he is in a 250 FOWLER system with tons of angles and butterflys.

First one is a snowflake!

My Hawaiian Dwarf Moray:

P7120011.JPG

I had a snowflake eel in my Zoa/Paly tank but I got rid of him when he started chasing my picasso clowns with his mouth wide open :) He found a nice home in a large FOWLR system. The Golden Dwarf Moray has been an ideal reef resident.

Here he is guarding my chalices. I would recommend one of these guys to any reef tank owner. Mine was eating from my hand the second day in the tank, and hasn't caused any problems. I've had him for a year. Les definitely has the hook up on these.

Has anyone had experience with Garden Eels? They are pretty sweet, especially is you have several. Seem super docile and like they would be reef safe, but don't know. I know a very deep sand bed is required. Only seen them while diving in Fiji, there were probably 100 or so of them all together sticking half out of the substrate in the open sand bottom.

Ya you can keep them but with a 12 to 16 inch sand bed. I saw them in fiji when I was there as well. Awesome little guys
