I’m wondering if anyone has any updates after break-in of this skimmer? I put one in my tank almost a week ago and I’m still having a little bit of micro bubbles. I really wanted to see if anyone has had it in their tank for a while and has seen micro bubbles decrease and I’m curious to see how it’s working for you.

Sorry, no words of wisdom. Are micro bubbles really a break in phenomenon or some sort of equipment adjustment issue?

if you have a friend that has a pipette worth of skimmate to donate then a few drops down the neck will settle it down. that's how i've always settled down long break-ins with micros. no fear for contamination since it would only be a few drops and the skimmer would readily form a uniform head and start pushing that out. Just keep an eye on it;)
