Sick fish. Please help

My blue tang seems to have some dark spots. I dont know what it is. Ive been using reef safe medic but that didnt help. It doesnt look like ic . Can anyone help out? Thanks

Do you have any stinging corals in the tank? Has the tang been through a freshwater dip to check for flukes?

I do have a hammer coral. Some of the tentacles seemed odd past few days. Do u think that could have done something to the fish?

Hypermelanization: it leaves black/brown marks where the coral has stung the fish.
