My blenny has been scratching himself for the past 2 weeks. I've been doing water changes every 2-3 days to try to help him without medicating and his health has been stable. White bumps will appear near his face, dissappear and appear somewhere nearby almost every day. Today I noticed he now has a big white mark on his left side as well as the usual bump. He also spit out the fish flakes I gave him today but he was ok eating frozen brine shrimp. I was thinking of doing prazipro but I would like a second opinion.

It’s hard to tell . Can you get him to stay still and get the pick with white lights

Fish is a little thin and the area of the eye as well as mid region looks to be damage from scrape/injury as these fish tend to dart into rocks and crevices. Water changes this frequent and unnecessary will not help much.
If fish eating and breathing normal? Pics are fine, just a hair blurry

Hes breathing and swimming fine. He ate a lot of frozen brine shrimp today but spit up all the flake food he usually loves. He's also been scratching less frequently

Theyre not big on flakes. Some foods to feed are: LRS fish Frenzy, mysis shrimp, TDO Pellets and small plankton

Got it I wanted to try fish flakes for variety but I can easily go back to just frozen. I've been feeding him mysis, brine shrimp and reef frenzy with selcon and a bit of vitamarin since I got him 2 weeks ago. Its surprising how he's still a little skinny

How often are you feeding it?

Im currently doing once in the morning on weekdays and 2 on Saturday and Sunday

I see. I gotta make some changes then

Yes, skinny midas blennies are a known issue, here is a thread I started on that:

Skip the frozen brine (you may need to wean it off the brine though, it's like candy for fish). Chopped mysids and finely diced gel food is more nutrient dense.

As far as the skin lesions - watch the blenny to see if it flashes or scratches on objects in the tank, it could have flukes.
