Hi all,

I have a tunze ato that is pulling from a 29 gallon glass aquarium. It vibrates pretty good causing unwanted noise. I had the idea of fixing some rubber object around the pump to silence the vibrations. I thought a toilet bowl plunger would work great but cant find any that are really brittle "rubber". Anyone have an idea for a food/reef safe rubber object? I was looking at rubber washers as well something along those lines. I plan on carving said object up with a razzor to squeeze the pump into thus making it quieter.

Thanks!

If the pump is outside the ato just go by any construction site & pick up a piece of discarded foam insulation to set it on.
