Is this a new system? I ask because my fish only system consumes 0.2 ppm SiO2/day.Any reason as to why this would be so high?

Thanks Randy i''l definitely try some GFO!Reduce the input of silicate (if any). It can be very high in tap water, and gets through RO/DI if you are not careful. GFO can bind it.
