Silicon question

Hi all! Would the silicon off the shelf at lowes
work for sump useage or would I need aquarium
silicon only?

Just make sure you use GE I and not II with anti-mildew additive. I used the GE I in my sump I made over a year ago.

As long as it does not have mold inhibiter in it you should be fine. ACE has aquarium silicone in the big tubes BTW..
